Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the services MLG Legacy Holdings, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (“MLG Legacy Holdings,” “we,” “us,” “our”), provides to its affiliated companies. By using this website or paying an invoice from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we serve

MLG Legacy Holdings provides management (governance and oversight) services, real estate leasing and occupancy, intellectual property licensing, and financing and capital allocation services exclusively to affiliated companies under common ownership with MLG Legacy Holdings. We do not offer services to the general public.

2. Written agreements control

The scope, fees, billing frequency, term and termination of each service are set out in a written agreement between MLG Legacy Holdings and the affiliated company. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Invoices and payment

• Invoices are issued through Stripe and are payable in U.S. dollars.
• Accepted payment methods are credit or debit card and ACH bank transfer.
• Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30) unless the agreement states otherwise.
• Past-due balances may be subject to late charges as provided in the applicable agreement.
• Intercompany loan principal and interest are not billed or collected through Stripe.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos and brand names, is the property of MLG Legacy Holdings or its affiliates and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission, except as licensed under a written agreement.

5. No professional advice

Content on this website is for general information only and is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MLG Legacy Holdings and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for services is governed by the applicable written agreement.

7. Changes

We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes are posted here with a revised effective date.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
