Refund, Cancellation & Dispute Policy

This policy explains how MLG Legacy Holdings, Inc. handles invoice questions, cancellations, refunds and payment disputes for services provided to its affiliated companies.

1. What is billed

We invoice only for services provided, or for periods covered, under a signed written agreement. Each invoice identifies the service, the billing period and the governing agreement.

2. Questioning an invoice

If you believe an invoice is incorrect, email info@mlglegacyholdings.com within 15 days of the invoice date with the invoice number and a description of the issue. We will respond within two business days and resolve the matter within 10 business days. Undisputed portions of an invoice remain due on the original terms.

3. Refunds and credits

• Billing errors and duplicate charges are refunded in full to the original payment method, or credited to the next invoice at the affiliated company’s choice, within 10 business days of confirmation.
• Services already provided and rent for periods already occupied are not refundable, except as stated in the applicable agreement.
• Prepaid amounts for future periods that are cancelled under the agreement are refunded or credited on a prorated basis.

Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days after they are issued; ACH refunds may take up to 10 business days.

4. Cancellation

Management, licensing and capital services may be cancelled by either party with 30 days’ written notice unless the agreement specifies a different notice period. Leases and occupancy agreements may be ended only as provided in the lease. Cancellation does not affect amounts already due for services provided before the effective date.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your card issuer or bank so we can resolve the issue directly. We respond to all payment disputes through Stripe with the applicable agreement and invoice records.
